Dr. Timothy Clark

Timothy Clark, MD, Forge Medical's Cofounder and Chief Medical Officer is also an Associate Professor and Director at the Section of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at New York University School of Medicine, New York, NY. Dr. Clark has authored over 250 manuscripts, book chapters, abstracts and review articles. Dr. Clark is an inductee as a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology and serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Clark 's clinical expertise includes endovascular treatment of dialysis shunts using thrombectomy, angioplasty, and stenting. His research interests include optimization of dialysis fistula maturation using balloon angioplasty, and evaluation of dialysis catheter performance using computational flow dynamics. Dr. Clark has been an invited lecturer on dialysis-related topics throughout the US (including meetings of the National Kidney Foundation, the Kidney and Urology Foundation of America and the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association), Canada, Europe and Japan. In 1999, Dr. Clark developed a patented technique for puncture site hemostasis following dialysis access interventions which has gained widespread use to improve dialysis patient comfort and safety following shunt interventions.

Phil Croxford

Phil Croxford, comes to Forge Medical with over 25 years in senior leadership positions in a variety of Medical Device companies. Phil divides his time with a number of assignments and is currently President, North America for the privately held ARJO, inc. Phil recently completed assignments as President of Dreager Medical, North American Operations and Group Vice President and General Manager at Arrow International. He is an executive with direct international P&L divisional board level experience with Fortune 500 and private companies. His leadership experience includes consumer, OTC pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He also held senior level positions at J&J Medical and Ethicon, Inc, divisions of Johnson and Johnson, where he led the successful development and launch of the Prevacare line of hand sanitizers, and many top selling wound healing products. Phil’s roles have included the management of operations, R&D, business development marketing and international sales channel development. Mr. Croxford has worked both in the EU and the USA and have had 10+ years of Asian market experience. Phil is also a dual citizen of the USA and the EU. A successful change agent that has consistently delivers increased revenues and shareholder value. Phil is also active as an advisor and board member for several companies.

David Gorky

David Gorky, CEO and Co-Founder of Forge Medical. During David's more than twenty five years in business, he had a variety of positions in consumer, industrial and medical device companies at both Fortune 100 and private organizations. He recently completed an assignment as the Senior Director of Product Development at Arrow International, now Teleflex, Inc., where his team launched the first pressure rated central venous catheter. During his 14 years at Johnson and Johnson, Mr. Gorky has held a variety of positions with responsibility for developing and launching a number of implantable medical devices including the development of tamper evident packaging during the “Tylenol Crises” that continues to set the standard for tamper evident packaging. He has also been actively involved in with a number of start-up companies offering a broad range of products from in vitro diagnostics to disposable medical devices. His roles in product development, manufacturing, sales, business development have brought dozens of successful products to market including: the Sirolomus drug coated stent, Zenith AAA graft family and Rigid-fix bioresorbable ACL repair system David holds six US and a number of worldwide patents.

Peter Gorky

Peter Gorky, Chief Marketing Officer, has over 20 years of leadership and management experience that includes marketing, business development, sales and operations in positions of increasing responsibility with start-ups, privately held and publically traded companies. Most recently he was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Fujinon Inc, the medical equipment division of FujiFilm where he built and led his team through several successful product launches, new marketing and advertising campaigns. He has held a variety of other marketing and sales positions with increasing responsibilities at several other medical device companies. Peter has created strong company and product branding through the use of effective marketing and positioning strategies. He as successfully built and managed marketing sales teams. Additionally, Peter has served on active duty with the U.S. Army and currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. He graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of General Studies with an emphasis in mathematics and science.

Dr. Michael Wolf

Michael Wolf, PharmD, PhD, JD, A pharmacist and business entrepreneur with over 30 years experience, Michael joins Forge Medical as the Chief Business Officer having recently merged his regional group of pharmacies with a national chain. In addition to his previous position as President and Director of Pharmacy Operations for Wald Drugs, he is also the founder of Forensic Counseling Services, Inc., a consultant firm specializing in interpreting pharmacological aspects of legal cases for legal personnel. Michael is a guest lecturer at Temple University and is the author of several articles in the areas of pharmacy practice and pharmacokinetic analysis additionally he is a co-applicant on several patents.
